How to submit your design
When you order at BudgetFlag it`s vital that you supply the basic materials correctly, so that the final result meets your expectations. After receiving your design, we`ll send you the artwork. You have to check this before your products are being printed.

Give your files a clear name or code, also list your PMS colour values, and any RAL or HKS colour values and fonts. Send a list of the fonts and illustrations you have used together with your materials.

It is not neccesary for your file to be created in one of these programs but it must be possible for it to be opened in of them. " EPS" and " PDF" can be processed in virtually all cases. If you export these files from another program, be sure to check the quality of the file.

Please make sure to convert all text to outlines and/or fonts when you send the artwork.
Photo resolutions
Outdoor products: 300 dpi at scale 1:10
Indoor products: 400 dpi at scale 1:10
Digital prints: 1000 dpi at sclae 1:10
Supply full- colour in CMYK
Line work scan resolution
1200 dpi at scale 1:10
Colours:
We print PMS, RAL and HKS colours, but only the coated versions. Use wherever possible background colours in your file, rather than built-up (CMYK) process tints.
